When does peach blossom bloom?

1. Flowering Season

Peach blossoms usually bloom in spring, around March or April, and the fruits will mature around August or September. However, the breeding climate and maintenance methods will also affect the flowering period, and it is very likely that the flowering period will be delayed or advanced. Under normal circumstances, peach blossoms bloom in February in Guangzhou, in March in Nanjing and the plains, and later in Beijing, around April.

2. How to prolong the flowering period

1. Water: During the flowering period, water must be applied in moderation. Do not water before the soil becomes dry. If the soil is too moist, the flowers may fall off. Keeping it slightly moist without water accumulation is beneficial to the duration of flowering.

2. Temperature: This aspect of maintenance will also affect its flowering period. Try to extend the flowering period to around 18-23℃. The temperature in this range will help extend the flowering period.

3. Light: It should be provided with sufficient light. Avoid placing it in a dark and enclosed place during flowering. If it is exposed to sufficient sunlight, its flowering time will be longer.
