How to grow the moss you dug? This has the highest survival rate!

1. Fresh-keeping treatment

When digging up the moss, be sure to bring some soil from its original growing environment to maintain its vitality. Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag for protection, which can keep the moss moist and fresh, making it convenient for direct transplantation without the need for special cultivation.

2. Prepare the equipment

Prepare containers for growing moss. You can find small stones, small bottles and other utensils. Be careful not to make the surface of the utensils too smooth, because you will place them in a humid place later to facilitate the attachment of moss.

3. Transplanting moss

If the moss is well-preserved and relatively fresh, you can directly glue it to the fine soil and place it on the prepared utensil. If the moss is not fresh and is dried, crush it first, then dig some fine soil to make it into a paste, sprinkle the crushed moss evenly into the soil and stir. After stirring, pour it into the appropriate place of the container, making sure it does not continue to flow down.

4. Keep it moist

After transplantation, the instruments should be placed in a suitable environment and sprayed with water frequently with a watering can to keep their surface moist. After about two weeks, the moss will be able to take root and grow again.

5. Pay attention to maintenance

In addition to keeping the environment moist, you should also pay attention to the temperature of the breeding environment. In order for moss to grow better, the temperature cannot be lower than twenty-five degrees. In addition, moss is relatively light-loving and can grow in semi-shade, but it cannot be placed in a completely dark environment. It must be exposed to light frequently to facilitate its growth.
