How to sow jasmine and when to sow jasmine

How to sow jasmine and when to sow jasmine

1. How to sow

1. Prepare seeds: Jasmine seeds must be well preserved before sowing. Select suitable seeds before sowing, pick out seeds with full heads, and avoid seeds that have been stored for too long, otherwise it will affect the germination rate and make the seeds difficult to germinate. After selecting the seeds, soak them in warm water and take them out after soaking for a few hours.

2. Prepare the soil: The soil factor can also affect germination. It is necessary to provide loose, fertile, and breathable soil. It needs to be acidic soil and should be disinfected before use.

3. Sowing: Use a small spray bottle to spray water on the soil to keep it moist, then prepare the soil and sow the seeds evenly. Pay attention to the spacing and do not plant too densely. Keep the depth at about 1-2 cm and cover it with a thin layer of 0.5-1 cm soil.

4. Post-management: After sowing, cover the soil with a layer of plastic film, which can keep warm and moisturize the soil, stabilize the surrounding temperature at around 20 degrees Celsius, and the seeds will germinate normally after a period of time. After germination, you can remove the plastic film on it, do a good job of maintenance and management, ensure sufficient light, and provide water and fertilizer appropriately.

2. Sowing time

The best time to sow jasmine is from April to August every year, when the germination rate is the highest and the growth is the best.
