What to do if the leaves of green radish are rotten

What to do if the leaves of green radish are rotten

1. Reasonable watering

Reason: Although the green ivy likes water, there should not be stagnant water in the pot soil. Once there is excess water accumulation, the roots of the plant will rot, causing the leaves to turn yellow and rot.

Solution: Place it in a well-lit and ventilated place to allow excess moisture to evaporate as quickly as possible, cut the rotten leaves in the middle and disinfect the cut. The amount of watering should be controlled at ordinary times. Just keep the soil moist and avoid water accumulation.

2. Improve ventilation

Reason: Pothos likes moisture, but if the water evaporates slowly and the growing environment is not ventilated, the residual water will remain on the leaves, which will rot over time.

Solution: Open windows frequently to ventilate and ensure air circulation in the breeding environment. In winter, keep the windows closed at night, otherwise the plants will be frozen, and don't let the cold wind blow directly.

3. Pay attention to heat preservation

Reason: The temperature of the breeding environment will be very low in winter. After being frozen, the leaves will turn black and then rot.

Solution: Place it in a warmer place indoors and cut off the rotten roots. If the temperature is too low, keep it warm.

4. Prevention and control of pests and diseases

Reason: If the plant is damaged by pests and diseases, many spots will appear on the leaves. If the disease worsens, the spots will increase, causing the leaves to rot.

Solution: When you find that the plant is damaged by pests and diseases, you should spray it with appropriate pesticides in time and cut off the diseased leaves.
