Several mushrooms suitable for winter cultivation

Oyster mushrooms

Oyster mushroom is also called black peony mushroom, rough-skinned Pleurotus ostreatus, etc. It is one of our common edible mushrooms. In a suitable environment, it can reproduce and grow indefinitely.

There are many types of it, but if divided by temperature type, it can be divided into four types: wide temperature type, high temperature type, medium temperature type, and low temperature type.

The wide temperature type can be planted at a temperature between 4 and 32 degrees; the high temperature type can be planted at a temperature between 15 and 37 degrees; the medium temperature type can be planted at a temperature between 8 and 24 degrees; and the low temperature type can be planted at a temperature between 2 and 22 degrees. In winter, except for high-temperature types, all others are suitable for planting. But if you are a novice, it would be safer to choose wide-temperature types for planting.

Fungus

Wood ear is also called black cloud ear, light wood ear, etc. It is also one of our common fungi.

The most common black fungus can be grown at a temperature of 10 to 28 degrees, and we often see it cultivated in plastic bags; the cultivation temperature of white-backed fungus is higher, between 13 and 30 degrees, and the purple fungus is the same as the white-backed fungus.

It is also called winter mushroom, flower mushroom, etc. It is also known as the "king of mountain delicacies", which shows how high its edible value is.

Its planting temperature is between 8 degrees and 22 degrees. The lower the temperature, the slower the growth rate.

Flammulina velutipes

It is also called frozen mushroom, hairy-handled fire mushroom, etc. It is a very popular fungus.

It can be divided into two categories according to its color, one is white and the other is yellow. The white one can be planted at a temperature of 5 to 15 degrees, and the yellow one can be planted at a temperature of 4 to 24 degrees. Its artificial planting method is also very simple.
