1. Planting1. Sowing timeThis plant has strong vitality and strong adaptability to the environment. It can be sown in three seasons except winter. Although the sowing time is arbitrary, certain temperature conditions must be guaranteed, generally not lower than 18 degrees and not higher than 25 degrees, to ensure the normal growth of the seeds. 2. Sowing methodBecause the shell of the seeds of this plant is very hard, they need to be slightly treated with clean warm water before sowing, generally soaking for a day is sufficient. However, it should be noted that the soaking water should not be higher than 40 degrees, otherwise it may damage the seeds. After sowing, you should cover the seeds with a layer of fine soil, but do not cover too much, and keep it moist at all times. When the temperature is too high in summer, the seeds should be covered or moved indoors to prevent them from being exposed to the scorching sun and heavy rain. After sowing, it will germinate in about half a month. 2. TransplantationAfter the seeds germinate, wait until the new seedlings grow to about 15 cm and then they should be transplanted. When transplanting, the plant should be carried with soil and a flowerpot with a diameter of about 20 cm should be selected. Only one plant can be transplanted in one pot. Fertile garden soil should be used as the base soil in the pot, and a small amount of well-rotted fertilizer cake should be mixed in. After transplanting, the plants should be tipped to help them grow branches, make them short and dense, and improve their shape. 3. ManagementIf the rose pomegranate seedlings are grown in early spring, they will generally bloom in June or July of the same summer and bear fruit in autumn. If the plant is three years old or older, it can produce nearly a hundred flowers at the same time and dozens of fruits. The fruit usually weighs about 80 grams, and larger fruits can even reach 200 grams. As long as the conditions are right, the fruit and flowers will remain hanging on the tree, providing a very good ornamental effect. In winter, as long as the temperature is kept between 5 and 25 degrees, this plant will continue to bloom after autumn until the new spring. Friends in the south can let it spend the winter naturally, but friends in the north need to move it indoors. Sufficient sunlight should be provided during planting, and long periods of cloudy weather should be properly supplemented to facilitate the storage of plant nutrients and increase the quality of flowering and fruiting. Other than that, just ensure that the water and fertilizer conditions are appropriate. |
