Method of hydroponic cactus

Select the parent

First, choose a cactus with a strong physique, and choose a plant with prominent rhizomes for hydroponics.

Processing mother

Cut off all the dead roots of the sphere. Rinse the soil around the roots with clean water, place them in a dry and ventilated place to dry for 3 days, and then remove the soil-grown roots of the cactus.

Hydroponics Method

1. Clean water can accelerate the ventilation of the roots, allowing them to abandon soil roots and form water roots. The water should contain an appropriate concentration of nutrient solution, which will help the plants to tolerate fertilizer after mutation.

2. Prepare a suitable transparent glass bottle, fix the processed cactus at the bottle mouth with foam, and add nutrient solution.

3. When hydroponically cultivating cactus, the water level should not exceed half of the root.

Post-Processing

You need to use two 6-10cm magnets and place them in the container to magnetize the nutrient solution, thereby accelerating the growth of aquatic roots.

Maintenance points

Place the planted cactus in an environment with diffuse light, keep the indoor temperature above 20℃, and it will generally sprout water roots in 3-7 days. Replace the nutrient solution immediately after water roots appear.
