Different morphological characteristics

The leaves of red lotus are very smooth, with a shape ranging from broad ovate to scattered triangular ovate. The edges of the leaves have red edges. The tips of the leaves are sharp, like a sharp sword, the midline is slightly concave inward, the edges of the leaves are raised, the backs of the leaves are protruding, and the leaves are loosely arranged in a rosette shape. As it grows, the leaves below will gradually fall off, the stems will gradually become longer, and it will be easy to branch, forming a cluster shape.

The red juvenile grows in clusters, with small branches and fleshy stems. Over time, the stems will gradually become semi-lignified. The leaves are thin, green, and have thin leaf margins. In late autumn and early spring, when the temperature difference is large, the entire plant will turn reddish brown.
