How to grow Magnolia tianmu

How to grow Magnolia tianmu

1. Soil

Magnolia tianmu is more suitable for growing in fertile, moist, well-drained acidic soil. When growing flowers in the north, you should pay attention to the pH value of the soil. It is best to adjust it to a slightly acidic state, which will help it grow better.

2. Temperature

It is slightly cold-resistant but not heat-resistant. It needs to be cooled in the summer and cannot be allowed to grow in a high temperature environment for a long time, otherwise it will grow poorly.

3. Lighting

It likes light very much and generally does not need to be shaded, otherwise it will affect its growth rate.

4. Moisture

It likes moisture but is not tolerant to waterlogging. It needs to be watered at ordinary times, but not too much, otherwise it may cause root rot.
