The difference between Qiuli and Jiqiuli

1. Leaf Difference

The leaves of Qiuli are relatively slender, the front is very smooth and slightly concave, the back of the leaves is obviously convex, the top is slightly pointed, and the overall shape is relatively round. The leaves are usually grey-green with a slight white-pink tint.

The leaves of the Eupatorium are round and full, obovate in shape, with the upward side flat or slightly raised and the downward side also raised. The leaf tip is blunt and round, with a length between 1 cm and 1.5 cm and a width of about 0.5 cm. Its leaves gradually decrease in size from the base to the tip. The leaves are pale cream or grey-green.

2. Flower Differences

The autumn-colored cyme inflorescence can produce small yellow star-shaped flowers with five or six petals.

The flowers of the genus Eupatorium are very small, about 1 cm in diameter, and usually have 4 or 5 petals. The flowers are white with tiny red dots on the petals.
