Ginger bonsai cultivation technology

1. Cultivation steps

1. Disinfection: Choose healthy ginger pieces without scars and with two small buds. Soak them in a special disinfection solution for half an hour and place them in a place with good air circulation to dry.

2. Soil: This type of plant does not like too much water, so the soil should be sandy and has good drainage.

3. Flower pot: Choose a flower pot with small holes at the bottom. If you give too much water, the water can flow out from the bottom of the pot, and the plant will not lose its life due to excessive water.

4. Planting: Pour the prepared soil into the flowerpot, dig a hole in the pot soil and bury the ginger; after the soil is compacted, cover it with a layer of soil; after giving the plant some water, place the flowerpot in a place with weak sunlight, find a suitable time every day to water the plant and keep the soil in the pot moist. After about a week, the plant will begin to sprout new buds.

2. Precautions

1. You can cut the sprouted ginger into small pieces, leaving one or two small buds on each piece. Wait until the wounds of the ginger pieces are dry before planting. If the ginger piece has no sprouts, you can bury it in the sand and cover it with plastic film. It will sprout small sprouts after about a week.

2. When planting, the small sprouts of ginger should face upwards and should not be placed randomly.
