How to care for the bulbs after the amaryllis flowers bloom

1. Pruning

To reduce nutrient consumption, you need to clean up the bloomed flowers in time, and wait until the flower stems dry up naturally before pruning them, otherwise water will accumulate and easily cause the bulbs to mold.

2. Supplement nutrients

The plant needs to replenish nutrients in time after flowering, so fertilize as early as possible. You can supplement nutrients to the plants with diluted organic fertilizer water or the nutrient solution used by the plants.

3. Water

After the plants have finished flowering, their need for water will decrease, so we should reduce the frequency of watering. When watering, do not let water accumulate in the flowerpot, otherwise it will inhibit the breathing of the plant roots and cause the roots of the plant to gradually rot.

4. Ventilation
