How to grow Agrimony

How to grow Agrimony

1. Soil

Aralia does not grow well in poorly drained soil. It is advisable to choose fertile, deep and loose sandy soil for planting.

2. Temperature

25℃ is the most suitable temperature for its growth and the health of its stems and leaves. During the winter period, attention should be paid to keeping warm. It can be planted in a greenhouse or a greenhouse, or a transparent film can be covered on the top.

3. Fertilization

It needs to be fertilized once during the seedling establishment stage and the ridge closing stage. Top dressing is required in early spring and after each harvest to ensure timely supply of nutrients.

4. Watering

It is a plant that likes warmth and humidity, so timely watering is essential. But it should not be too much. It is enough to keep the frequency of once every 2-3 days in summer and once every 4-5 days in winter. When watering, the amount of water sprayed should be controlled to prevent root rot.

5. Notes

1. Pay attention to insect and disease prevention. Aralia dasyphylla easily attracts pests to eat it, causing its branches and leaves to wilt or even fall off. When there are more pests in spring, you can use pesticides such as cypermethrin for prevention and control.

2. Flowers should be removed in time. Because Aralia dasyphylla has a large number of flowers, is not very useful, is not very ornamental, and takes up a lot of nutrients, its flowers should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
