1. Information about cactus

Cactus is a plant of the genus Opuntia in the Cactaceae family. It has other names such as overlord tree, fire palm, and ox tongue. Its plant height is between 1.5-3m, and when potted, the height is usually between 30-50cm. Its stem is green, 10-40cm long, 7.5-25cm wide, and 1.2-2cm thick. The front end is relatively blunt and the bottom is relatively sharp. Its leaves are needle-shaped, yellow and sharp, and you may get hurt if you touch them accidentally.

It is characterized by fleshy stems with thorny leaves. Its root system is also relatively developed, and can not only penetrate deep underground, but also extend to far places underground. The reason why its leaves have degenerated into needles is because it originally grew in arid desert areas, which helps it reduce water evaporation. Cactus likes a warm, well-lit and ventilated environment and is not cold-resistant. Potted plants cannot tolerate exposure to the sun.
