How to grow succulent Huangli

Spring maintenance

In spring, Huangli should be placed on the balcony facing east, south or west.

The temperature is low in early spring, and Huangli is still in a semi-dormant state. Water should be controlled appropriately to keep the soil in the pot dry. When the temperature stabilizes at above 10℃, you can repot.

Summer maintenance

In summer, the Huangli should be placed on a balcony facing east, south or west.

Huang Li likes sunshine, but avoids high temperatures and scorching sun. Too strong light will cause leaf aging and affect the ornamental effect. Therefore, in midsummer, the plant should be placed on a balcony or windowsill with light in the morning and evening.

When the temperature is high in summer, the growth of Huangli slows down, and water should be controlled appropriately to prevent root rot due to high temperature and humidity. After the weather gradually becomes cooler in late summer, you can move it to the sun for maintenance and increase the amount of watering appropriately.

Autumn maintenance

In summer, the Huangli should be placed on a balcony facing east, south or west.

There is no need to avoid the sun in autumn. Just place it in the sun and take care of it normally, ensuring it has enough water. After the weather turns cooler, gradually reduce the amount of watering to ensure that the soil in the pot is dry or dry until the dormant period. When the temperature drops to 5℃, keep warm to prevent frostbite.

Winter maintenance

In winter, the Huangli should be placed on a balcony facing east, south or west.

Huangli is not cold-resistant. The temperature on the balcony should be above 5℃ in winter. If the temperature on the balcony is low, try to move it indoors for maintenance.

Huangli is dormant in winter, so watering should be strictly controlled and the soil in the pot should be kept dry and in sufficient sunlight. If the temperature on the balcony can reach above 10℃, Huanglihe will grow slowly, and water should be added appropriately at this time.
