How to raise Thick-leaved Asahi Crane

How to raise Thick-leaved Asahi Crane

1. Breeding conditions

1. Soil: Thick-leaved Asahi crane likes loose, breathable and well-drained soil.

2. Water: Do not water too much at one time. Water only when the soil is dry and then water when it is wet.

3. Light: Except midsummer, it can receive full sunlight in other seasons. There must be no lack of light during the growing season, otherwise its growth rate will slow down.

2. Breeding Methods

The most commonly used method of propagation is branch cuttings or leaf cuttings. Leaf cuttings are recommended here because its leaves are thick and easy to survive. Specifically, select healthy and thick leaves, wash them and insert them into the soil, then water them to keep them moist, and wait for a while for them to take root.
