It is best to plant it from March to August each year and the temperature needs to be controlled at around 15-28℃.

Ginseng fruit growth temperature

Ginseng fruit likes warmth, and the suitable temperature is 20-25℃ during the day and 8-15℃ at night. The leaves grow fastest at 20℃, and when the temperature drops below 8℃, the leaves stop growing. In addition, ginseng fruit is not frost-resistant.

Ginseng fruit growth humidity

Ginseng fruit has a good taste and a high water content. It is one of the plants that requires the most water. When cultivating ginseng fruit, the humidity should be kept at around 70%, and timely watering is also needed to replenish the lack of water in the soil, promote normal plant growth, increase fruit size, increase yield, and improve fruit quality.

Ginseng fruit growing soil

You should choose flat terrain, good ventilation, loose soil, fertile neutral soil to plant ginseng fruit. If you plant ginseng fruit in clay, saline-alkali land and waterlogged areas, the fruit quality will be poor, the fruiting rate will be low, and the plants will be prone to disease.

Ginseng fruit growth cycle and process

Ginseng fruit can bloom and bear fruit all year round. It usually takes about 7 days from flowering to the appearance of young fruit, and about 50-70 days from the appearance of young fruit to fruit maturity. If it is a one-year-old ginseng fruit seedling, you have to wait two years, and it will take longer if it is not managed well. Three-year seedlings will generally bloom in the next year. It is best to plant two or more trees.
