If the root system of the maiden heart grows strong and is properly maintained, it usually takes only 3-7 days to adapt to the pot, and new leaves will usually grow within a month.

When you see the heart of the Maiden Heart's leaves turn green, it means that the acclimatization period has been safely passed. If you find that its leaves are slightly open and appear very strong, it also means that the acclimatization period has passed.

How to make the maiden heart subdue the pot quickly

When pruning the roots of the maiden heart, trim off the extra small roots, leaving the main root to heal, and then leave it to air-dry for 3 to 4 days. After the wound is completely healed, it can be potted. Granular stone, chlorite, medical stone, volcanic rock, and peat soil can be added to the soil and mixed. It has good drainage and air permeability.

Maintenance of Maiden Heart during the pelvic period

1. After the maiden heart is planted in a good pot, use a spray bottle to keep it moist every day, place it in a cool, ventilated and bright place, and wait for it to acclimate before slowly exposing it to the sun.

2. If the root system is healthy and has not been trimmed, you can water it immediately after putting it in the new pot with soil. If the roots have been trimmed and the soil has been changed, the soil must be moist. You can wait overnight or for 2 days before watering it normally.

3. Do not apply fertilizer immediately after potting in the summer. You need to wait until the plant adapts to the new environment before applying fertilizer to avoid burning the roots of the plant.

4. There is no exact time for how long after potting the maiden heart before it can be exposed to the sun. Generally, it is three to seven days. For the first 2-3 days after potting, put it in a cool environment, and then move it to weak scattered light for maintenance. After about 7 days, you can increase the sunlight a little bit every day, but do not expose it to direct sunlight.
