The sowing time of spring spinach is January in the north, the seedling raising time is from January to March, the planting time is from March to April, and the harvest can be harvested around June. Under normal circumstances, the yield of spinach planted in the open air will decrease, with an output of about 2,000-3,000 kilograms per mu. The yield of spinach planted in winter protected land can reach about 10,000 kilograms per mu in early spring.
