Bruising period: From February to mid-March, kiwifruit plants ooze sap after being wounded, which is 2 months before and after budding in early spring.

Temperature management: Kiwifruit can grow in areas with an annual average temperature above 10℃, but it is most suitable in areas with an annual average temperature of 15-18.5℃, an extreme maximum temperature of 33.3-41.1℃, an average maximum temperature of 30-34℃ in July, an average minimum temperature of -4.5-5℃ in January, an accumulated temperature ≥10℃ of 4500-5200℃, and a frost-free period of 210-290 days.

Fertilization management: It is recommended to apply basic fertilizers in early autumn, mainly organic fertilizers, such as manure, compost, fertilizer, cake fertilizer, etc. And mix some quick-acting fertilizers, such as superphosphate, ammonium nitrate, etc. Generally speaking, 4-year-old trees can be treated with 20-30 kg of organic fertilizer and 0.25 kg of superphosphate and ammonium nitrate. The whole garden or ditch can be used, and water should be added once in time after use.
