After completely removing the soil, you can use water to flush the roots, wash away all the soil, and then trim the roots.

The method of root pruning is relatively simple. We look for the thick roots of the cactus and only keep the thickest ones. The thin capillary roots on the edges should be cut off. After cutting, the remaining thick roots should be kept at about two or three centimeters. Don't keep too many.

Because its roots grow from capillary roots on thick roots, the capillary roots can quickly absorb nutrients as long as they are growing, so the newly grown capillary roots absorb sufficient nutrients. As long as there are enough capillary roots, the cactus will grow fast and bloom more flowers.

3. Dry the roots

4. Put it in the basin

After the drying time is long enough and the wound has healed completely, we can put the plant in the pot. Remember to choose a small pot.
